Replace Uncertainty with Joy
Transforming everyday biometric data into powerful clinical insights that support families through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.
Our Mission & Vision
Vision
We envision a world where personal, actionable guidance for the journey of parenthood is accessible, affordable, and seamlessly integrated into clinical care for everyone.
Mission
To replace uncertainty with joy. We transform everyday biometric data from wearable devices into powerful clinical and personal insights that support individuals and families through fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
Why We Created Amahealth
The United States faces some of the worst maternal morbidity and mortality outcomes of any developed nation. A key contributor to this challenge is uncertainty.
For nearly four million annual births in the U.S., the standard "due date" is notoriously imprecise—wrong up to 95% of the time and often off by one to two weeks. This imprecision creates a cascade of problems: patient anxiety, unnecessary medical inductions, and significant logistical hurdles for families, particularly those in rural and underserved communities.
While the market is flooded with wearable devices generating vast amounts of physiological data, this data often lacks the clinical interpretation needed to make it actionable. Amahealth bridges this critical gap between raw wearable data and meaningful clinical application.
Our Flagship Product: NewDate
Predicting Labor with AI Precision
NewDate is the first tool designed to provide a truly accurate and actionable forecast for labor. By applying sophisticated AI and machine learning models to key biomarkers collected from consumer wearables—such as body temperature and heart rate variability (HRV)—NewDate delivers a personalized 4-day window for a mother's likely labor onset.
Significantly more accurate than traditional due dates
Non-invasive monitoring through consumer wearables
Empowers both patients and healthcare providers
Benefits
- 1.
Reduce Anxiety
Replace vague due dates with a probable timeline
- 2.
Improve Planning
Help families manage work, travel, and childcare
- 3.
Enhance Clinical Care
Support providers in planning inductions and managing high-risk pregnancies
